Weaverbirds sells baby wraps made in Uganda from sustainably sourced cotton at  www.weaverbirds.ug. You can place your order on the web shop or via email on info@weaverbirds.ug. We are always ready to help with any questions, sold out sizes and custom orders.

You will always recieve an invoice via email after you shop at www.weaverbirds.ug.

Orders via email can be placed in English, Danish, and Dutch.

At weaverbirds we can receive payments via PayPal, and credit and debit cards of the commonly used providers:

At Weaverbirds we do not store any credit or debit card information. All credit and debit card transactions are carried out and handled securely in a manner as required by the credit card companies, by our payment gateway provider, PayPal.

During a purchase we ask for your name, address, phone number and email address. This information is used solely to process your order.

When paying by card, please click on the card icons. You will then be redirected to PayPal’s site, who handles the secure payments. Please click on the bottom button, “pay with card” and you will go straight to payment. We have chosen to collaboration with PayPal for payments, as they offer the highest security. Please note that you do not have to open a PayPal account to pay for your products.

At www.weaverbirds.ug we aim to dispatch all parcels within 1-3 working days. Custom made orders do take longer and we will inform you about expected production time when you place your order.

All orders are sent with XXX, to ensure the best possible shipping rates and time. All rates are calculated according to the destination of the items, and no handling charge is added. Where an item is tracked a tracking number will be issued with the dispatch notice.

While we would love to use standard shipping to reduce the carbon footprint of our products it is unfortunately not possible due to limited liability. Please contact us for alternative shipping options if you prefer more environmentally friendly shipping.

We are unfortunately unable to combine shipping on separate orders. We reserve the right to change shipping courier at any time and without notice.

We have a very effective courier partner and you can expect to receive your parcel within 4-8 working days, as we send from Kampala, counting from the day we dispatch your order. The below times are estimates from our mail service providers.

DK – 2 working days (we ship with the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service)

Europe (non EU and EU) – 7 working days

USA and Canada – 14 working days

Rest of World – 14 working days

PLEASE NOTE: Clients will have to bear the Customs Duty, Taxes and Clearance Charges that might be applicable in their country.
