SUMMER KISSES is a unique wrap designed in collaboration with the renowned textile designer Elisabeth Kiss. Elisabeth is the founder and owner of KONTEMPO textiles, an association and platform which works to promote the textile field in a contemporary context. Elisabeth works with colours and compositions, and are having and artistic approach to her work with textiles.
The warp is designed as a careful arrangement of color blocks in deep intense and contrastful colors. The weft colors are likewise organized in color blocks combined with large areas of clasp weft creating a systematic and beautiful flow and mix of colors. The wrap is woven in a classic twill pattern giving the fabric an extreme support and softness. It can easily be used for smaller babies to beyond toddler hood due to the twill weave structure and diagonal stretch. The fabric has slightly more grip than glide.
