Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
Return Policy
Of course we accept returns and refund your money if you are not happy with the product received. Please remember that it may take a few days or even a week or so for you and your baby to learn how to comfortably use your wrap. If you need help with your wrap, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@weaverbirds.ug or click here to be directed to our page with links to tutorials. Before returning any products to us, you must notify us by email, stating the order number and reason for return. Custom and one of-a-kind-wraps are final sale.
You can return the product up to 14 days after the date on which you receive the goods at your own cost and receive a full refund of the purchase price. For sale items, 2nd grade, 3rd grade or other special offer products, you can return the product up to 7 days from when you have received the product at your own cost and receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Any returned product must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition, and in their original packaging. If you are returning an item please ensure to use a currier offering a suitable compensation in case of loss or damage. We are unable to refund an order before it has arrived with us, or if it is soiled or damaged.
Returning due to fault
We do everything we can to ship only perfect products. However if you for some reason should have received a product with a fault please contact us before returning the product including a description of any faults you find, and if possible, please send us a photo.
When shipping please always contact us in advance to confirm the shipping address. We request you to use a standard service if returning from the EC, or a standard air mail service if returning from the rest of the world and obtain proof of postage.
Any faulty products will be replaced if possible, or if you prefer, you will receive a full refund, as well as a refund on your return postage costs providing you meet our requirements. All returns are checked before a decision is made to issue a refund.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product, you will have to pay for shipping back to Weaverbirds (Denmark) and pay Custom Duties, Taxes and Clearance charges, if applicable. You will also have to pay for shipping of the exchanged product back to your country.
