Ochard is a subtle, soft and earthy colored wrap inspired by the stunning colors of the late summer apple orchards in Scandinavia.
The warp is a stunning soft colored warp in natural sandy colors slowly fading into warm and dark earthy brown shades. The wrap is woven in our newest ever changing twill pattern and the weft colors are an endless soft color medley in sand, earth brown, clay, dusty olive, soft green, shades of violet shades and soft dusty rose with few color blocks in soft creamy blue. The weft colors are changing for every time the pattern is changing. Due to the carefully arranged color changes and the ever changing patterns the appearance is completely different every time you tie the wrap. Several hand spun inlays in green, clay, olive and light natural colors are included in this design creating visual lines of softness and texture.
The weave provides the wrap with an amazing softness and a great supportive diagonal stretch with a bit more grip than glide. The weave feels slightly more light and tight compared to the original ever changing twill pattern. The wrap is perfect for new born and smaller babies while providing enough support and strength to be used into toddler-hood and beyond.
